Arthur Andrew Jenkins (Attorney)

Drew Jenkins is the owner of both Jenkins Title, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia and AMA Capital, LLC in Birmingham, Alabama. He is an attorney licensed in both Alabama and Georgia who specializes in real estate transactions and financing including title, business structure, and international related projects. Mr. Jenkins handles both residential and commercial properties with deep experience in SBA, EB-5 financing, and 1031 transactions. On the international side he represents a Chinese immigration agency regarding their investors’ denials of EB and L category immigration visas. He has also off-shored US companies to Asia and Puerto Rico under P.R. Acts 20 and 22. Mr. Jenkins earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and his J.D. degree from the University of Alabama School of Law.

Drew also provides short legal videos through his Bitesize Legal youtube page.  He also regularly speaks at conferences providing CLE credits to other attorneys on the topics of real estate, title, and corporate law.

Amber Yang Jenkins (Attorney - China)

Graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law with an LLM in International & Comparative Law as well as an LLM from Ocean University School of Law in Economic Law. Qingzi’s expertise is the intersection of corporate, real estate, and immigration law. Representative work includes the director of a federally approved regional center focusing on providing immigration benefits to high net worth Chinese investing into large scale industrial projects and due diligence work on behalf of Chinese investors which uncovered criminal fraud exceeding $50 million USD (Federal criminal trial pending in Northern District of Maryland).  She is an associate with JoinTide Law firm in Qingdao, China and was previously an associate with King & Wood Mallesons performing due diligence on international M&As.  Combined with her advanced studies in both international and economic law, Attorney Yang is experienced in conducting due diligence and advising clients on a multitude of fronts as between the United States and China.

In addition to an impressive legal background, she currently has an inactive realtor’s license in Alabama and an active license in Georgia. Her combined real estate experience through owning and managing properties in AMA Capital, and an active realtor’s license in Georgia prepares her well to handle all sides of real estate transactions.

Min Calvert

Min Calvert is the closing coordinator at Jenkins Title, LLC. She earned her master’s degree of the Instructional Leadership of Education from Samford University. She was a teacher and a liaison for the international students and their parents at Saint Bernard Prep school, in Cullman, AL. After she moved to Georgia, she got her real estate license and started her career in this field.

Min helps her clients navigate the intricacies of the home buying and selling processes. She excels as both a buyer’s agent for new homes and resales, and a seller’s agent when listing homes. She is a member of the NAMAR and part of Engel & Völkers General Brokerage team.

Min grew up in Shanghai, China and is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese and Shanghainese. She brings this expertise to her clients and can bridge these language barriers.

Since being in the real estate business, Min understands the challenges of managing multiple issues that can arise. As a mother and a wife, Min has to be organized and passes these skills and time management on to her clients.

April Lu (Bo Lu)

April Lu is our Alabama Closing assistance. A native of Northern China, April speaks fluent Mandarin. She previously lived in Canada and her son still lives there.  April is married to one of Alabama’s premier Chinese realtors: Wu Hsiung Wu, who specializes in higher end homes in the greater Birmingham area. Through Wu, she is well acquainted with Alabama real estate documents and procedures.

April meets with our Alabama clients and ensures smooth closings of Alabama files. 

She is also an Alabama notary.
